Terms of Service

  • Default is personal use only (pfp/icon, banner/header, wallpaper, own viewing)

  • All drawings may or will include a subtle watermark that you may not remove (unless it is for commercial use)

  • Prices are subject to change based on demand.

  • I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.

  • I can use the commissioned piece in however way I see fit (promote myself/etc.)

  • No redistribution/selling of my work (digital and physical)

  • Do not use my art to train AI

  • No claiming of the commissioned piece as your own

  • Illustrations used for streams/products/et.al are considered COMMERCIAL USE (please contact me in advance via my socials so we can come to an agreement)

Payment

  • Paid 100% upfront after rough sketch approval

  • Currency accepted is PHP (Philippine Peso) through GCash or USD (United States Dollar) through PayPal with +2.5% for processing fees

  • NO REFUND POLICY

Other

  • Maximum of 3 minor revisions

  • I will update if I am unable to make the maximum wait length for a piece (see Commission Types for wait time per type of illustration)

  • You may contact me about WIPs! I do not mind as long as it isn't in quick succession.

  • I do not work with individuals who support/work with NFTs, cryptocurrency, and AI art.
